By accessing or using domainads.in and Domain Ads services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of the site and services.

These terms are maintained by Domain Ads as the service provider and apply to all engagements unless superseded by a signed contract.

Domain Ads provides digital services including website development, digital marketing, SEO, branding, graphic design, video production and e-commerce solutions.

Specific deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are documented in a separate proposal, statement of work or invoice which forms part of these terms.

Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a non-refundable deposit before work begins, with the balance due against milestones or on completion.

Retainer services are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in paused work and interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, credentials and approvals required to complete the engagement.

Delays caused by pending client input may extend timelines and adjust fees where applicable.

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables produced specifically for them.

Domain Ads retains ownership of underlying tools, frameworks, templates, methodologies and know-how used in delivery.

Both parties may reference the engagement in portfolios and case studies unless a signed NDA states otherwise.

Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal.

Additional revisions or scope changes are billed at our standard hourly or project rates.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only to fulfil the engagement.

We are happy to sign specific NDAs where required.

Some deliverables rely on third-party platforms (Shopify, Google, Meta, hosting providers). Domain Ads is not liable for the availability, pricing or policy changes of these providers.

We deliver our services with professional care and skill. However we do not warrant any specific business outcomes, rankings, revenue or ROAS.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domain Ads' liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise agreed.

Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable in full.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malappuram, Kerala.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
